Fundraising Success Partners was created by two industry veterans who share a single belief: communities thrive when organizations have the resources they need to succeed. With more than 75 years of combined experience in business development, training, marketing, and systems design, Vince Whaley and Jay Hebdon built FSP to give everyday people a real opportunity to build a meaningful business while helping schools, teams, and nonprofits reach their goals.
Together, they designed a simple, product-driven fundraising model built around a few proven high-demand products, using one product at a time. Their approach removes complexity, eliminates guesswork, and gives Independent Fundraising Consultants a clear, repeatable system for creating impact in their communities.
Vince Whaley
— Co-FounderVince Whaley brings more than four decades of experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial training. Since 2002, he has helped hundreds of new business owners launch and grow independent distributorships through his company, Distributors First. His work has centered on removing barriers, simplifying business models, and giving everyday people access to the tools and systems used by top performers.
From 2005 to 2020, Vince served as the official New & Novice Distributor Trainer for PPAI, the largest nonprofit trade association in the promotional products industry. At the annual PPAI Expo in Las Vegas, he trained thousands of new distributors, teaching them how to build sustainable businesses with clarity and confidence.
Vince is known for his practical, systems-driven approach to business growth. His career reflects a consistent mission: empower people with simple, proven models that create real opportunity.
Jay Hebdon
— Co-FounderJay Hebdon is an accomplished business consultant, executive leader, and company builder with more than 30 years of experience across sales, marketing, manufacturing, and organizational development. He has built, scaled, and led multiple multimillion-dollar companies, including manufacturing firms, direct-marketing organizations, and international sales operations.
Jay’s background includes serving as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, CEO of JD Premium, and Director of Membership Development for the Social Register of Las Vegas.
As Owner and Management Consultant at Press-A-Print International, he helped entrepreneurs launch successful small businesses across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Jay specializes in designing complete business systems, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable models that help people succeed. His work is defined by clarity, structure, and a deep commitment to helping others build businesses that last.
